We are also also still trying to define it ourselves. In fact, we came up with this name just this morning. We wanted to give a name for 4 or 5 ideas we have been thinking about and applying on JotForm v3. One of them is &quot;Your Homepage Should be The Application&quot;:

I&#039;ll be posting more details and the full list in the coming weeks. JotForm 3.0 will contain all aspects of Lean Web Apps, so that will probably be the best example.</description>

You tweak my interest in this blog post but then don\&#039;t define what you mean by Lean Web Applications.

I await you next post with baited breath.

Btw I agree with you - Web apps have one - you can now build very nice web apps that look, feel and peform like desktop apps. The only problem is the amount of time it takes to build these apps using conventional tools.
