I like the JotForm product but is not availabe in my platform.

You can change the max size from the toolbar:
http://www.jotform.com/help/33-Upload-Forms-Increase-Maximum-Upload-Size-Limit

However, free accounts are limited to 10MBs upload space. You will need to upgrade to JotForm Premium to increase that to 1GBs.

Now that Interlogy are bringing out new feature such as Profile manager, I have gone straight ahead and signed up because firstly I know they offer excellent quality secondly and most importantly I know I will not be getting pushy sales e-mails but will in fact get help when I need it.

From me to the Interlogy team, I would say keep up the good work and stick with your ethics.

It does not work on the form builder but it should work when you look at the live form. Just to make sure we will re-check the Print button on all browsers.

Please try the “IFrame Code” option on the “Share Forms” -> “Advanced Options”. That’s short and same as the code on the old version.

I have noticed that all the forms are now going through my email address info@asred.co.uk. My clients are wondering why this is so as I have specified their email address on the old version of jotform.

People should concentrate on improving the value as possible in their products/services….and build the user number…get a lot of feedback….Only later think about how to monetize…

Been using Jotform for years and love it! I now am involved with Federally funded web products and wondered how JotForm 3.0 might address the ADA requirements of Federal websites. Thanks and keep true to your heart.

Tying information from a form together with a payment gateway requires a fair amount of duplication. One of our forms was for registering competitors. Using JotForm, they had to select the event they wanted to participate in for it to be in our output, then they had to select it again in the product/payment section for it to be transferred to the payment gateway.

It is also difficult to tie an actual payment to a form submission. In the above form, after filling in the information twice, after they submitted it, they were sent to the payment gateway. However, if they didn’t pay, the registration was already recorded, and it made it difficult for us to go back and reconcile registrations and payments. Also, if they paid with a credit card with a different name on the card, such as a parent paying for a child, it was difficult to tie the payment to the registration.

It is impossible to add a quantity or other characteristics to a purchasable item. We ended up with literally hundreds of items, where they would be things like “t-shirt, large, qty 1″, “t-shirt, lg, qty 2″, “t-shirt xl qty 1″, ….

Has any work been done on JF3 to integrate ecommerce into the forms better?

Yes, you will be able to create folders and save forms under folders.

I think jotform is fantastic, first of all for its simplicity, and second, it is very powerful. I’m a premium user and I can’t tell you any complaints.

The new version will be released on April 14th. We have had to change the release date couple of times in the past but I think this time we will get it. Of course, it is more important to release a stable version than to get the date right. We won’t release anything unless we are absolutely sure about it. Over 240,000 thousand users trust their data with us.

Yes, quantity feature is available on the new version. You can also add your own custom properties to the payment forms such as size or color. I will cover these features on a sneak peak next week.

Would be perfect with a feature that tells which page (url) the form was submitted from. Especially if using the new Light Box, Popup box and Feedback Button features.

First i would like to say thank you for making an incredible application. we operate several websites that incorporate your forms and now that facebook can render html we are even posting some on there. I am very excited and looking forward to the new jotform. As a company we pride ourselves on customer service and always strive to make improvements on efficiency without sacrificing quality. We use forms to hire applicants, register for seminars, schedule estimates and so much more. I can only hope that more people will read your posts and take what you say to heart. It is truly a business model that will not only succeed but thrive.
